1100 aluminum coil belongs to the pure aluminum coil series, its strength is relatively low, with excellent ductility, formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. The anodic oxidation can further improve the corrosion resistance, the surface is beautiful without obvious defects, the plate surface is flat, has no pockmark, angular, oil spot phenomenon, but can’t heat treatment to strengthen.

High weldability, can accept gas welding, arc welding, contact spot welding, and wire welding, and also has traceability. Can be used for processing parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high strength.
